About Me

Hey! I’m Nicole, and I’m passionate about supporting people to live life on their own terms. I love helping individuals build their independence, work towards their personal goals and discover new interests, all while making sure there’s plenty of fun along the way.

I’m patient, reliable and easy to talk to, and I believe that a little encouragement, a good laugh and genuine connection can make a big difference. Whether we’re getting creative with crafts, heading out for an adventure, exploring the community or working towards everyday goals, I’m always happy to lend a hand and make each day a positive one.

For me, it’s all about creating a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment where everyone feels valued, included and empowered to be themselves.

Services offered

I hold a CPI Blue Card in de-escalation and least restrictive practice and have experience supporting people whose behaviours can sometimes be challenging. I stay calm, patient and positive, and take the time to get to know what helps you feel safe, understood and in control.

I can help with everyday tasks around the home, including cleaning, laundry, tidying, grocery shopping and meal preparation. I’m happy to do things with you or for you, whatever suits you best.

I can support you to get out and about and stay connected with your community. This might include outings, shopping, appointments, social groups, hobbies or trying something new. I love helping people build confidence, independence and new friendships along the way.

I can help you take your prescribed medication safely and on time, in line with your medication care plan developed by Briighter Care. This includes reminders and prompting, and supporting you to get to the pharmacy or your doctor’s appointments.

I’m trained to support people with complex personal care needs, including:

  • Complex bowel care
  • Urinary catheter care
  • Stoma care
  • Enteral (PEG) feeding
  • Epilepsy support and midazolam administration
  • Diabetes management
  • Mealtime management and safe swallowing support
  • Manual handling and hoist transfers

I always provide this support with care, respect and your privacy in mind.

I can support you with everyday personal care and routines, such as showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and getting ready for the day. I take the time to learn how you like things done, so your support feels comfortable and consistent.
