About Me

Before joining the BriighterCare team, I worked as a roofer for many years. I eventually followed my passion for health and wellbeing and became a qualified Personal Trainer (Cert IV) and CrossFit Level 1 Coach.

I’ve always loved helping people, and working in the fitness world gave me the chance to run school holiday programs and a “Fighting for Autism” initiative – designed to help young people on the spectrum stay active, build confidence, and have fun. That’s where I found my true purpose: supporting others to grow, feel empowered, and enjoy life to the fullest.

What You Can Expect From Me

If we work together, you’ll quickly learn that I’m:

  • A great listener who also loves a chat! (I might just chew your ear off haha, sorry in advance)
  • Full of positive energy: I bring good vibes and plenty of enthusiasm to every session
  • Focused and goal-driven: your progress is my priority
  • Warm, understanding & patient: I take the time to build trust and make sure you feel safe and supported
