About me

Hi! I’m Jamie-Lea — a bubbly, compassionate support worker with over five years of experience in aged care and four years in disability and mental health support. I’ve had the privilege of working with people across all levels of care, including dementia, palliative care, complex behaviours, and high physical support needs.

I’m someone who truly values dignity, respect, and connection. Whether I’m assisting with personal care, supporting mental health needs, or simply being a calm and reassuring presence, I always aim to make people feel safe, heard, and supported.

Alongside my support work, I’m currently studying Beauty Therapy, which allows me to combine care with wellbeing in a really meaningful way. I love helping people feel good — not just physically, but emotionally too. Whether through care, conversation, or self-care routines, I believe small moments can make a big difference.

I’m adaptable, motivated, and always eager to learn. I enjoy working as part of a team, building strong relationships with clients and families, and continuing to grow my skills so I can provide the best possible support.
