About Me
Hi, I’m Bronwyn — I’m the Clinical Specialist at Briighter Care, here to support clients, families, and our incredible team in all things health, complex care, and clinical decision-making. I bring many years of experience in nursing, midwifery, hospital management, education, and practice coordination — but most importantly, I bring care.
What I love most about this role is that it allows me to combine my clinical background with something far more personal. Less than 10 years ago, my husband sustained a spinal cord injury and became a quadriplegic. I’ve lived the journey from the other side, and I know how important it is to have the right people around you — people who listen, care, and genuinely want the best for you and your family. That’s what I strive to bring to Briighter Care.
I support all complex care across the service, including PEG feeding, seizure management, wound care, catheter and bowel care, medication administration, and much more. I’m also here for our clients whenever they need — if you’re with BriighterCare, you have on-demand access to me for clinical support or guidance. Whether it’s reviewing a care plan, supporting after a hospital stay, or just answering questions, I’m here to help.
I’m also lucky to be part of an amazing team who I adore. The girls joke that I’m the “mum” of Briighter Care — and honestly, I’ll take that title proudly. I care deeply for our staff, and I’ll always show up to support, teach, or offer a listening ear.
