About Chloe
Hi! I’m Chloe — I’ve always wanted to be a support worker. Having grown up around family members in this field, I’ve seen the impact it can have, and I knew early on that I wanted to help people the same way.
I love being able to support clients in their everyday routines, help them grow more independent, and bring a little extra happiness to their day. Whether it’s helping someone get dressed, brushing their teeth, or just showing up with a smile — it’s the little things that matter most.
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing clients achieve their personal goals and feel proud of themselves. When families share how much the support has meant to them, it reminds me that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
I’m also big on learning. Every person I support teaches me something new — and at BriighterCare, I’m always encouraged to keep growing through ongoing training and support. Whether I’m out on a walk with a client or planning inclusive community outings, I do my best to make every session feel thoughtful, calm, and meaningful.
