About Zara

Hiya! I’m Zara, and I’m currently studying a double degree in Psychology and Criminology at the University of Wollongong. When I’m not immersed in uni work or supporting my amazing clients, you’ll probably find me at Pilates, soaking up the sun at the beach, or enjoying a Biscoff-loaded acai bowl!

At BriighterCare, I’ve found a place that lets me be creative, adaptable, and truly myself. Every session is a chance to build connection, confidence, and joy — no two days are the same, and I love the challenge of adjusting my approach to support each client’s unique needs.

I’m passionate about setting small, achievable goals with the people I work with. Whether it’s overcoming personal barriers or celebrating tiny wins, I know these moments lead to lasting change. I’ve also learned just how important adaptability is — being able to shift, think on your feet, and problem-solve is part of what makes support meaningful.

Working with both children and adults, I value trust, patience, and good communication. The relationships I’ve built with clients and their families have truly shaped who I am today — and I can’t wait to see who I’ll meet next.
