We offer flexible shifts, ongoing training, and support from a hands-on Care Manager and in-house RN — so you’re never left in the dark, and always backed by a team that has your back.

Whether you’re new to support work or already experienced, we care more about who you are than what’s on your resume.

We provide:

  • Full onboarding and orientation
  • Access to over 60+ short courses through NGO
  • On-the-job mentoring and shadow shifts
  • RN-led training for complex care (catheters, stomas, PEG, etc.)
  • Supportive check-ins every 4–6 weeks
  • On-demand help from your Care Manager and RN
  • Monthly learning topics and child development frameworks (for neurodivergent clients)

Depending on the client, your role may include:

  • Community access (outings, events, therapy support)
  • Personal care (showering, dressing, medication assistance)
  • Support with meals or household routines
  • School holiday group programs and outings
  • Building independence through daily life skills
  • Social connection and emotional support
  • Keeping clients safe, engaged, and smiling

You’ll never be expected to walk into a client’s home as a stranger. We always provide full care plans, client profiles, and buddy shifts — and you’ll stay paired up until you tell us you’re comfortable. Your confidence and safety matter just as much as the client’s.
