BriighterCare was founded by Emma after more than 10 years of working in disability support and aged care. After spending time in larger organisations, she saw how easy it was for clients to become just a number. Support began to feel impersonal, and too often, people were matched with the wrong workers or left without meaningful connection.
BriighterCare was created to change that. We believe every person deserves intentional, well-planned support from someone who truly fits. That’s why we take the time to get to know you, match you with the right support worker, and work together to build a support plan that reflects your needs, personality, and goals.
We work closely with your care team, including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and behaviour support practitioners, to make sure our support aligns with your current strategies and helps you make real progress. If we don’t know something, we’ll seek the knowledge. Our staff receive ongoing training to grow their skills and stay up to date with best practices, so we can give you the highest quality support possible.
