We’ll come to you for a relaxed, no-pressure consult wherever you feel most comfortable. Together, we’ll talk about your goals, interests, and what kind of support worker would be the right match, because at Briighter Care, you choose who supports you.
We’ll work with you to design an individualised support plan tailored to your lifestyle, needs, and preferences. Everything is built with you, not just for you.
Once everything feels right, we begin support. You’ll have regular 4-week check-ins and on-demand access to your Care Manager and Registered Nurse. We are by your side every step of the way.
